GRP
GRP stands for Glass Reinforced Plastic. It is also called fibreglass, composite plastic or FRP. It is strong, extremely light and highly versatile. GRP is made from strands of glass called fibres. GRP is a moulded product, meaning it must be placed in or around the shape of the item it is required to take. GRP composite incorporates aluminium oxide aggregate surface, which is diamond hard, and offers a high resistance to long-term wear. Our products are bonded together in a single manufacturing process, referred to sometimes as pultrusion manufacturing, making for the strongest and most durable pedestrian safety products available today.

WEIGHT
Our towable containers are super lightweight due to the panel design. The panels are made of fiberglass (GRP) which are a moulded product bonded together in a single manufacturing process, diamond hard, waterproof and offers a high resistance to long-term wear.

CONSTRUCTION
The chassis is a galvanised steel, dual axle, braked chassis. The container has a steel internal frame with super lightweight GRP panels, making it strong, light, waterproof and low maintenance.

The way we have engineered our containers is that they are a lightweight bolt together skeleton. With the same sturdy look and feel of a container . All our containers are assembled from effectively a kit of well engineered parts from a flatpack form.

Weight saving is the biggest advantage of our containers, as it means we can build them onto double or single axle trailers with a big payload. They are also available to ship in kit form internationally with reduced costs with shipping a container.

Panels made from fibreglass makes it a sustainable choice and has superior long lasting build quality. All the steel is powder coated without any seams for water ingress.
